A large section of the the population are disable in Bangladesh. Among them intellectual disables are an important section. Bangladesh Disability Welfare Act - 2001 declares equal opportunities and provision of benefits to persons with disabilities which supports the opportunities of human being depicted in the Constitution of the country. The people of Bangladesh have exceeded the millennium but still now emphasize is yet to given on the disables specially on the intellectually disables. Even in the family they are neglected. Like all over the country, there remain many intelectually disables in the southern region.

In this situation, ACCAA trust is trying to do something better for these neglected children Since 2001. JJS, a non profit national organization working especially in the southern part of Bangladesh works with ACCAA trust sharing knowledge and experiences.
